We adopted him and were told he was "about 3", but Christian took one look at him and decided he was closer to 13. The vet split the difference and landed on 6 or 7. The age is actually a good thing, he is chilled out enough that he does not bark at everything and understands that on the weekends he needs to sleep late. He is crate trained, great with kids, and does just fine on a 3 or 4 mile run before dawn. Someone took the time to train him in his youth because he is incredibly obedient. He loves to fetch and play and mostly just wants to be wherever I am, which warms my heart.
