Seeing as we are just a little over a week away from Christmas, I figured it would be a good time to finally post some of the photographs from our wonderful Thanksgiving weekend in Thibodaux. We spent five peaceful days with family doing all of the awesome things we cannot do in the city - disconnect from everything electronic (well, sort of, Nana and mom-mom had a few Bejeweled tournaments going on and we cannot live without music and using the Iphone occasionally), taking long walks, lounging around in the sunshine, picking (and eating) citrus, riding around in the golf cart, tasting the 2012 crop of cane, and making memories. The best part of the time we spent was watching the next generation of the family do all of the things that I remember doing as a kid.
