La Luz and I spent some time carving the pumpkins on Sunday. I figured that with the cooler weather they would still be in good shape by Friday night. What I failed to account for is physics. I cut a gigantic smile in one of the pumpkins and when I got home from work today it was clear that the pumpkin is starting to collapse. I will have to take some pictures of the collapsing pumpkin later this week so that I can remember this next year...there is such a thing as a smile that is too big:
