The Return of Some Good Things

The highlight of the weekend was Christian's return. He didn't arrive until close to 1 a.m. this morning and was, for the most part, wiped out today. Fortunately, he managed to drag himself out of bed to wake up La Luz this morning and she was thrilled, of course.

On Saturday La Luz and I celebrated the return of the Carollton streetcar line with a lovely, mid-morning ride to the Arts Market at Palmer Park. The streetcar was packed with tourists from our stop all the way to Audubon Park. It was nice to see so many people enjoying some of NOLAs finest offerings.
