Train Wreck

Christian just kicked me out of the tv room. Despite his initial, very powerful protestations, we were watching the Vice Presidential debate. I guess he finally heard the word nuclear pronounced "nucular" one too many times and insisted that the channel had to be changed or he'd be forced to gouge his eyes out with the nearest Crayola. I can't blame him.

While I am (sort of) on the subject of politics, don't forget to vote this weekend. There are a few important local elections on Saturday.

I actually described the debate as a train wreck as well.

I don't like being winked at spoken to like I have the intellectual capacity of a 5 year old. I also don't appreciate issue dodging and, isntead, prefer straight answers during debates. I guess you can tell where my confidence rests...how can anyone with an education and a functioning brain feel otherwise? Someone please explain this to me.
